BY THE END YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER
  • What is the smallest amount of bitcoin you can buy?
  • What does "early adoption" refer to?

Then prove it: a 2-question quiz. The lesson marks itself complete at 100%.

The strongest version

The price has gone from cents to six figures. The easy gains are gone. Buying now is buying the top.

Two separate claims

"Too expensive" confuses unit price with affordability. One coin is 100 million sats. You can buy five dollars' worth. Nobody says Berkshire Hathaway stock is "too expensive" to own a piece of.

"Too late" is a claim about adoption. Estimates put ownership below 5% of the world's population. The vast majority of institutional capital, pension funds, sovereign wealth and corporate treasuries hold none. Spot ETFs only existed from 2024. By the measures that matter for a money, adoption is early.

What nobody knows

The future price. People who said "too late" at $1, $100, $1,000 and $10,000 were wrong, but that is not a guarantee about $100,000. Bitcoin could fall 70% again; it has done so several times. The right response to "too late" is not "the price will go up" but "look at how few people are here yet", and then decide for yourself.
